Here’s the recipe I used:
-2 frozen bananas
-2 cups almond milk (unsweetened)
-1 oz (28 grams) fresh mint (just the leaves)
-1 1/2 teaspoons spirulina powder (I found it at Cucunari)
-1 tablespoon hemp powder (I found it at Cucunari)
– honey to taste
Optional toppings: hemp seeds, chia seeds, mint leaves
Blend all the ingredients and serve immediately!
